Chariot advises that on 21 July 2025 it issued 11,510,000 fully paid ordinary shares (ASX:CC9) at $0.05 per shares to investors (refer ASX Announcement 15 July 2025). The balance (22,490,000) of the shares from the placement are expected to be issued shortly. The fully paid ordinary shares are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX). The Company hereby gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act that: (a) The Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. (b) As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with: (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (ii) section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act. (c) As at the date of this notice, there is no 'excluded information' as defined in sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
